3 Typical Indian Recipes Made With Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil

Groundnuts are considered as one of the basic ingredients of many of the dishes made in almost every state of India and groundnut oil too is a widely used white oil in most Indian households. The organic cold pressed oil extracted from fresh groundnuts makes all these Indian dishes tastier and healthier. In this blog today, we shall be introducing some typical and simple recipes that can be made using cold pressed groundnut oil. 1.    Poha   Flat rice is used to make poha which is a typically consumed Indian food item. For this recipe, clean and wash flat rice and keep it aside. Remember to drain the water or else it will become soggy. Put some groundnut oil in a bowl and add black mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry patta. Let it splutter for a while before you add some groundnuts and raisins. Fry them for a minute and add chopped onions, carrots, peas and french beans. Add salt and turmeric powder, cover with a lid till the vegetables have softened. Once it is done, add t
